Baseball stadiums via Google Earth

For several days now I have been using the cool Google Earth (if you haven't checked it out you really should) program to dig up satellite images of Major League Baseball stadiums, a free moment here and there and I found them all. They're just kind of neat, I thought. There are even some older stadiums in there, some of the images of current stadiums aren't that updated (like U.S. Cellular Field) but at PNC there is a game going on. The only stadium that wasn't available in high res on Google Earth was Miller Park in Milwaukee, it fell just outside the realm of the city that was imaged in high res. The rest are there though.

Very cool... found this link from baseballgeeks.

Thanks for your work on these. I visited Tiger Stadium in 1993, and as much as I felt it was better suited as a hockey rink, it sure is sad to see it all dilapidated like that.

Thanks, it is truly sad to see history fall apart like that. Nothing is more American than baseball. ;)
